🧾 Issue Summary:
On 14th June 2025, I paid ₹30, 535 (including ₹535 as convenience fee) using MobiKwik for an urgent education fee. The transaction failed, and MobiKwik promised a refund within 24 hours. Later, they changed their stance and mentioned 7–10 days, without explanation.
Due to this delay:
1. I was under immense pressure from my college to complete the fee payment immediately.
2. I had to arrange cash by using a credit card, and my bank (credit card provider) charged me ₹1, 625 + GST as finance/billed charges, due to non-payment on time.
3. I was not only mentally harassed but financially burdened for no fault of mine.
4. MobiKwik's customer care provided no real-time support, and only auto-generated responses.

MobiKwik held a large amount of ₹30, 000 for 48+ hours, and delayed resolution caused:
Direct financial loss (bank charges)
Indirect mental and emotional distress
Violation of Consumer Protection Act under:
Deficiency in service
Unfair trade practice

I request the Hon'ble Forum to kindly take strict action against MobiKwik and direct the company to:
1. Refund ₹30, 535 (if not already received).
2. Reimburse ₹1, 625 + GST deducted by my bank as finance charges due to their delay.
3. Pay compensation of ₹10, 000 for mental harassment, emotional pressure, and inconvenience caused.
4. Improve their support system and real-time grievance redressal mechanism.
