Respected Sir/Madam,
I have been calling and sending mail to Mobikwik since 16th January 2024 regarding a debit in my Mobikwik Wallet for Rs.5000 while doing a transfer of 5000 from Wallet to Bank of India Account: [protected].
It’s a Technical Failure happened in Mobikwik on 16th Jan’24 and Bank of India is not involved in this transaction since there is no Debit or Credit of this transaction in their Statement on 16th January 2024 they have confirmed this on 22nd January 2024. I spoke with Bank of India on 22nd January 2023 at 8:30 pm and they have confirmed that they are not involved in this transaction. This transaction happened because of Mobikwik Technical issues while doing Wallet to Bank of India Transfer.
Therefore, request you to kindly reverse the same at the earliest since it is pending from a long time. I have enclosed the Bank of India Statement as on date (Password to open File : [protected]). Kindly do the needful at the earliest already 7 days over. Awaiting reply. Very bad.
