Dear Sir,

I have done payment on Make my Trip India(MMT) to book flight on[protected]

with order id[protected] of Rs 11674 This transaction I have done through my Mobikwik Blue American express card No( 378255XXXXX8257). But this Transaction has failed. but still i have not received refund in my mobikwik wallet

so please refund my amount asap

As trail mail, I am regularly writing about my payment issue but no action taken on this matter last 15days, I am facing the problem one of payment matter resolved but one still pending, payment not reach to transfer number and debited from account 30/08/2022 pls transferred the payment .

One of payment return to me but one is still pending

I am using MobiKwik zip wallet and paying the dues on time but recently i have checked my CIBIL and noticed that it was decreasing due to MobiKwik zip and try to complain them but no response and i tried to check with lending partner in their system it was showing more than 10k, as lending partner said they were not getting any information of zip payments i have done in MobiKwik. It is effecting my CIBIL please solve this issue.

      Actually I made a payment to my own mobikwik merchant account via upi. But when i refunded it back immediately after receiving the money in my mobikwik merchant account from it, I didn't get the money back in my upi account but the transaction was successful
      So where is my money now?
      It clearly means that the money has stuck in between!
      And the MobiKwik Merchant Team is not responding at all after my complaints and...

        I've tried to close my zip services more than 7 times. No response for you. Why do u do such things. U tell that a ticket is raised and it will be resolved in 24 hours. But nothing will be done. You are just wasting my time.
