      Mobikwik ZIP EMI loan

      I have applied for a loan in mobikwik app which they are providing for customers as a ZIP EMI loan. The amount was withdrawn by me on 29th December and still the amount is not received into my bank account. Instead of looking into the issue mobikwik is harrassing me to pay the EMI. I am getting several calls and messages on WhatsApp to pay the EMI. And also my CIBIL score is affecting due to this....

      Recently a fraud happened in mobikwik for 9540 on the same day i call customer care and disabled my account, I raise a complaint a case in cyber crime and they recovered 6100 and 3440 bance is pending and zip bill generated i am unable to pay due to my account is disable, i asked customer care to send the link to pay the send the link but its failing all the time, i called them several times to active my account they refused, and asked them send the linke they are sending but its failing i am following them from 1 and today 5 th last date to pay even today i have called them 3 times, they send the link but its failing. tomorrow they will fine 1000 rupees in this the mobikwik is looting the people.

      Please do the needful. fraud happened i loosed that money again they will fine for not paying in two ways i am the looser

          I have been calling and sending mail to Mobikwik since 16th January 2024 regarding a debit in my Mobikwik Wallet for Rs.5000 while doing a transfer of 5000 from Wallet to Bank of India Account: [protected].

          It’s a Technical Failure happened in Mobikwik on 16th Jan’24 and Bank of India is not involved in this transaction...

              I have taken a ZIP loan of 5000 Rs. I am unable to pay the amount due to medical emergency and informed the company about the same. I have requested some time to do the needful. Its not been a month even. Their agents are continuously calling me and now they are threatening me to call my contact list which they have hacked and moreover they have threatened to use my aadhar cards photo as well. How can RBI registered company sell our data to 3rd party agency. I ahve lodged a complaint to their greviance cell as well but they have not replied and no0w its almost 2 days. I have called their customer care agents where they have clearly denied of such practices and confirm that the same will not happen but still its happening. Please help me . This is mental harrassment,

                I missed my Emi and mobikwik starts calling me alot of time in a day with different numbers then they start harassing me and after that the Agents named Arohi Jain and her mates keeps calling my friends and relatives and harassing them, i didn't share my contact list, still they have my whole contacts. I even paid half of the amount early but still they are calling my relatives and abusing them.

                Am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent transaction I attempted to make through your platform, specifically using Zip for rent payment.On 2 january 2024, I initiated a rent payment transaction via Mobikwik's Zip feature to my landlord. However, despite the funds being debited from my Zip wallet, there has been no response or confirmation from my landlord's end. Furthermore, I have not received any transaction ID or related details pertaining to this transaction.When I attempted to review the transaction details on the Mobikwik app, I was met with a message stating "Invoice Not Available, " which is both concerning and frustrating. The lack of a proper invoice or transaction ID makes it challenging for me to track or verify the payment status.I understand that technical glitches or errors can occur in any system. However, as a customer, I expect transparency and immediate resolution when such issues arise. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and provide me with:A clear explanation for the delay and lack of transaction details.Confirmation of the payment status and assurance that the funds have reached the intended recipient.Immediate resolution or refund of the amount deducted if the transaction cannot be completed successfully.I trust that Mobikwik values its customers and their trust in the platform. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter.                       There is two members one is manigandan mobikiwik agent from banglore and Selvam his colleague working in mobikiwik torturing just for 15 days due repayment around one month ... My mother telling she will wait this time just week of time the mobikiwik is threatening her life by words seriously this is not an good way to collect money they are cheap slum rowdism strictly it punshible take her personal numbers in her contact numbers and calling those all is not fair top fraud app

                          This is to inform you that I have made a payment a of INR 1003/- but still in the app it shows it is pending and this is everytime. Previously also I faced the same issuess and I had to chase the support to get my money back by raising it ti twitter & social media.
                          I humbly request you please help me in getting my money back and bann this type of Apps who are actually make SCAM with the innocent people

                            This is to report fraudulent activity that occurred in my mobikwik zip account at 10 pm, ist on 6th november, 2023. I received 2 simultaneous calls in my number from verified mobikwik number, i repeat verified mobikwik number to stop an unauthorized login as my account was accessed by someone else and asked me to type otp that i received on the dial pad while being on call. As soon as it was completed, hackers accessed my mobikwik wallet...

                            I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent loan disbursement on 10 Aug 2023 UTR NO: CMS[protected] and subsequent issues with the collection process which have not even been credited to my account.

                            On August 10, 2023, I was expecting a loan amount to be credited to my account, as per the loan agreement. However, to my dismay, the funds were not received. In response to this, I promptly contacted your customer care on both August 11 and August 12, 2023, and I was assured that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. Regrettably, despite these assurances, the amount is yet to be credited to my account.

                            To exacerbate matters, I have been facing undue harassment from your collection team. On a daily basis, more than four collection teams have been visiting my home and calling me throughout the day. This persistent and unwarranted behavior is causing immense distress and is unacceptable.

                            Furthermore, there seems to be an issue with the auto-debit option, which is resulting in fines and interest being deducted from my account. I am perplexed as to why the EMI for three months was deducted without a proper explanation or prior notification. The UTR No. CMS[protected]. associated with this transaction are 5 Sep[protected] INR, 28 Oct[protected] INR, and 30 Nov 23 - 5030 INR.

                            I kindly request an immediate and thorough investigation into these matters to rectify the discrepancies in the loan disbursement, address the harassment by the collection team, and clarify the unauthorized deductions from my account. I expect a resolution within a reasonable timeframe and request that you keep me informed about the progress of the investigation.

                            Failure to resolve these issues promptly may compel me to escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities and consumer protection agencies.

                            Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I anticipate a swift and satisfactory resolution.
