Wallet amount debited but order didnt placed

I have done payment from mobiqwik wallet on 16/11/2021 of Amount Rs.3440/- towards L51302_Myntra designs pvt Ltd Order id:[protected] Amount was debited from wallet but order was not placed at myntra. I have raised a complaint in mobiqwik app but didnt get any response. Kindly resolve my issue asap and refund my amount....

Zip payment automatically disabled.

My bill was generated on 15th sept 2021 of amount 5000. I paid on 16th sept 2021. After paying, it is now showing “payment via zip are currently disabled. I kept that 5000 for my medicines but now I am unable to use it. Kindly reactive my zip so that I can avail service. As my current health condition is not good. I need money on immediate basis so that I can purchase medicines for me....

Money not credited back of failure transition only giving excuses to solve within 48hr but not solved after 12 days.

Money debited during transition of IRCTC but transition failed and money
debited from wallet and not credited back to wallet even after IRCTC refunded money to Mobikwik. I have complained this issue to customers support but they promised to solve this issue within 48hrs, but still after 12 days issued not solved.
Complained 4 to 5 times.

Force closure of loan

I had taken a loan from mobikqwik and I decided to close the loan.they told that to pay the tree emis I had paid 4 emis but giving proper communication how to close the loan and telling rbi given guidelines that not to close the loan untill the tenure has been completed. If they not provided the force closure option I will not pay the loan. Kindly take action against the mobikqwik company....

Myntra refund initiated but money was not added to my account

I paid 2, 399 rs to Myntra on July 31 st and the refund was initiated on 10th August to my Mobikwik account. Order ID-[protected] but amount is not added in my account...

Activation of zip account in mobikwik app without my knowledge.

I found a offer in my jio app that says upto Rs100 cash back when paid through mobikwik upi id. And i got cash back of Rs27.25 in my mobikwik account. This was the reason to use mobikwik app.To use the cashback today morning on july 26 2021, I recharged for a number, i was expecting for the payment page. Invoice not available for a transaction.

Sad to say, this Indian company has no value for customers' money. I have made a transaction of 1000 through mobikwik, but the amount got deducted from my account and not got addwd to my walllet or the merchant wallet. Mobikwik has also not generated invoice for that transaction. Isnt this a fraud. Kindly look onto the issue....

Credit Card Bill Payment Pending issue On Mobikwik

I paid my Credit card bill today i.e 29 jan 2021, but it is not reflected in my bank side and in Mobikwik it is showing as Pending. The Mobikwik team is not responding....

Amount deducted from my account but not transferred to the merchant site

I have done a transaction on the Indigo app through Mobikwik wallet attached card and the transaction was successful from Mobikwik end but has not been successfully deposited at the merchant site that was Indigo. I have contacted the Indigo customer care and they told me that the amount would be refunded bck by Mobikwik as the transaction fault is from their side I have raised a ticket over the transaction but no response has been given yet....

No credit for sale of gold

On 31/10/2020 I sold gold worth Rs.5000/- and on 02/11/2020 again I sold gold worth Rs.2000/-. Both transactions got failed. Gold balance deducted by the same amounts but amount never credited to my account....

Mobikwik and dmi finance is cheating

I am a senior citizen and I took a loan from DMIFINANCE. LOAN ACCOUNT number- DMI[protected] . They asked me to pay the loan manually . I.e they used to send me a link in mail and I used to make payment through the link. I was doing this for last 4 months.
