[Resolved] Mobikwik — complaint regarding my refund money has not been sent to my bank account by mobikwik | |||
I bought 2 item from Myntra on 27 Jan & 618rs PAID through Mobikwik. Later I returned 1 item, so, myntra reund me 419Rs. Because I paid money through Mobikwik, so refund was also come through Mobikwik. When I logged into my Mobikwik page, there is a refund show in history (Refund from myntra.com Transaction Id:[protected] dated Feb 04, 2019 7:33PM) but it has not been sent to my bank account. I am trying so many times to contact mobikwik regarding this, but they neither respond me nor refund my amount on my bank account. please help me regarding this.
