Mobikwik — Complaint to RBI about fraud and wrong calculations

My transactions sum should not be zero as showing in wallet, please carefully check my account else i will send a complaint about mobikwik wrong calculations to RBI banking ombudsman, i will publish the wrong calculations blog on muliple websites, and will raise my voice and inform the complete ncr customers on facebook, twitter and through gmail warning customers about wrong calculations and cheating my mobikwik( my acc registered with [protected]@gmail.com)

Good morning my name mahendran, April 15th wallet to send bank rs.6500 but no received bank already complaint no response pls you can help quickly already past 8days...

Some one has done fraud of 50000 from my account in to a mobikwikwallet, waiting for your reply since 11 june, i have filled a FIR, you can easily track them through their KYC, but getting no helpless MOBIKWIK

Actually i had made a credit card payment of rs 3186. And, transaction got failed and i didnt get refund back neither in my bank account nor in mobikwik wallet. Kindly, see this matter and resolve asap.

I had paid out standing  amount of my zip account but due to any issue from ur side payment is not reflecting and I am regularly receiving msg for payment which embarrassed me every time.
I am regularly receiving massage for ZIP payment not done. I had pay on dated[protected] but till date payment not update at your end so please check rectify same on priority basis. 
I have already paid the amount it got deducted from bank account and it not showing in mobikwik app. Now they are asking me to pay again. Why they are harassing. I have lodge FIR in police station. Even they told it's fake and fraud app.
