Mobikwik — confirmation of payment | |||||
On 29.08.18 i used mobiqwick payment gateway to pay my bescom electricity bill. At the end the status was shown as cancelled. I have not received the amount back. I have been asking them confirmation regarding the payment. They have given me two ticket id’s but so far no confirmation regarding the payment has been given although three days have elapsed.. They are also not accessible on phone. They do not provide their email id also. Kindly help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
