Mobikwik — Coupon code not working

I have purchased Microsoft lumia 540 in the month of October . So I have successfully availed LUM300 offer in the last three months but when now I am trying to apply it is showing invalid code. So I talked to your executive & he said that you have created two accounts from your device but in terms & conditions of that offer it was not mentioned that I can't create any more account & I have created but I have not used it & I have purchased this phone because of this offer only. So please understand & help me. Thank you
