[Resolved] Mobikwik — Credit card payment failed on Mobikwik and refund not credited back to bank account

Hello, Made ICICI credit card payment on 1st August 2020 of amount Rs. 34500. They told me the payment failed after few days and the amount will be refunded back in 7 to 10 working days. Till now the amount has not been credited back to bank account. Seeing reviews here that they are doing the exact same thing to many other customers. Do take action to refund the amount as soon as possible and prevent them from doing this to other customers in future. Attaching the app transaction screenshots. Aug 18, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved They refunded the amount, if they hadn't by now, was considering filing complaint in cyber cell for fraud. But no need now. The credit card bank would have charged me late payment charges if I didn't had spare amount to pay when mobikwik failed the original transaction, very bad credit card paying experience from them, customers beware and learn from this experience. Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Mobilwik HDFC credit card payment not yet updated with the operators end . Operator reference number is given but credit card payment not yet done. Very bad experience this an amount of rs 25000 debited from my end . Paytm is the best for credit card payment they facilitate instant transfer.
