[Resolved] Mobikwik — debited from wallet account but not deposited in account | |||
Name: Sachin Gholap Email: [protected]@gmail.com Phone No: [protected] i had done mobikwik payment through wallet rs.4400/ it deducted from wallet but not got in Account which i paid so i raised the issue on that day. My ticket id is 9647857 on that day when i raised my issue i.e; 05 November 2018, get just reply that your issue is resolved and you will get payment within 5 to 7 days working but now its 16th November 2018 and didn't get any refund to wallet or didn't get any reply from your side. I had attached my both bank statement for reference because in resolved status they message me that it refunded to your bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 16, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved My new ticket id is 9711143 in mobikwik mobile app is in progress and here they marked as resolved i don't get it, kindly suggest how my problem is resolved Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
