Mobikwik — Deduction of money from my bank account

I was adding money to my mobikwik account to pay my postpaid bill. I added 1000rs but the amount was deducted from my bank account and i didnot receive in my mobikwik wallet. I raised many complains to the MOBIKWIK COMPANY . I got response from the company that within 7-21 days the issue will be resolved. My complaint ticket no.on 27/05/15 is "Ticket #2712223". It has been 2months approx.till yet my money has not been refunded. I called up many times to the mobikwik company but i didnot get any solution. Please help me out to get my money back. Today i received a fraud call from mobikwik asking for my bank details and one time password . When I asked for the mobikwik authorization he hangd up the call.
How can a mobikwik company leak my information that I have a case running with you. I got a fraud call from this number [protected]
Stating himself from accounts department of mobikwik. He asks for my card number and said a code will be sent to your mobile number after that I will b getting my money refund. I got a one time password which he was asking for I did not share this with him. When I verified from mobikwik customer care they denied that they had not done any call. Please look into this matter and I hope CONSUMER FORUM will help me out
I got a call from this number [protected] stating himself from account department of mobikwik company. He asked for my card number and said that as you have raised a complaint on CONSUMER forum so mobikwik company is returning the amount which was deducted before. For that I was asked for my bank details and then I received a OTP on my mobile number and the caller asked me the OTP. When I denied giving the otp he said if you don't share your otp we cand send your money back. I crosschecked with the mobikwik customer care number and asked whether that call was genuine they said the call was not authorizes. How can mobikwik share my information with some1else. I hope CONSUMER FORUM will surely look into this serious matter and will help me out.. Pls on a high priority consult with mobikwik team and find out who the caller was..take some action please
