Dear Sir/Madam, I had made following recharges through your app. While one recharge amount of Rs.303=00 was meant for 91-[protected] a Jio # in my use was misdirected by your app. to Airtel vide. Transaction id. EN[protected]. I immediately conveyed this matter to your Helpdesk & requested for immediate action. No response has been received so far. The second recharge pertains to BSNL-UP East # [protected]. The operator has not conveyed recharge status to me. You are requested to immediately reverse Rs. 303 to my account by contacting Airtel who are holding this amount fraudulently. As far as second issue is concerned you are requested to contact BSNL & get this amount credited to my account balance. I give you 48 hours to resolve both issues failing which I shall be constrained to refer this matter to appropriate authorities for appropriate action under Cyber Fraud. Abdul Qaiyum Alvi.
