Mobikwik — disabled my account for no reason. fraud company taken my money | |||||
My userid is chehakaggarwal.[protected]@gmail.com. The number from which i use my wallet is 8699****11.I have completed kyc and updated and verified my aadhaar details as well.I have been using mobikwik since 2-3 months. I have a balance of 12000 rs now and since yesterday suddenly I am not able to log in to my account as it says 'User is disabled' on entering otp. No one is able to transfer money into my account as well. I have over 12, 000 rs balance in my account. Once the customer has large money in wallet, they disable it to cheat the customers. Fraud company. I need my money back. They are not responding to any emails, and all there customer care numbers are not functional. Was this information helpful? | |||||
