Mobikwik — dmi loan foreclosure issue

I had taken two boost loan from dmi mobikwik. One was for 17000 & 20000 with loan account no. 0062v00001atjjyaan. Since 1 month i was to call mobikwik to foreclosure of the loan. I got an email from mobikwik that, i have to contact dmi finance as they handle boost loan query and issue. Then i
Emailed dmi finance and they provided me the bank account details to make the payment and close the loan. I did that and also replied them back with the details and bank statement, still, i have not received any email. The last email they sent me was that they have not received the payment and i need to send the statement copy which i did.

I have also attached the payment statement screenshot, please look into it and help me asap. Pfb details

The issue still persists. It's been more than 3 months now, they have not updated their systems and still, they are sending me SMS and calls regarding my foreclosure. This is mental harassment. This company sucks. Worst company ever. 3 months still they are verifying the payment. They have not sent me any NOC for any of the loans.

Please help me. I am stuck

I have paid loan repayment of LOAN FRONT via mobiquik method, amount is deducted but payment not successful

I wanted to book a ticket on UTS app using mobikwik as platform. My money has been deducted from my bank account but the UTS app shows that the transaction has been failed. I want my money back.
Dear Sir, I have taken boost loan from Mobikwik app. Loan number DMI[protected]. I ask them to foreclose the loan so they ask me to write DMI finance. I wrote DMI finance and they send me bank details to send the amount. I have done imps and send them bank statement on 20 February 2020. Today March 1st 2020 and I don't want to pay emi for this month as I already paid full amount to foreclose.

When I informed to Mobikwik about it they ask me to submit NOC and dmi finance they are not bothering anymore. It's look like mobikwik and dmi finance both having mutual understanding to cheat people. Please I need your help to fix this problem. Thank you
