Mobikwik — electricity bill but still in the bill it is showing not paid

My due date of my electricity bill was 23 rd march i have paid my bill on mobiwik on 18 march only still in the electricity it is showing the bill it is not paid.in history payment if i check i can see the amount is deducted of the following payment of electricity.

Could you please help i have pay the bill why it is still showing me still to pay the bill with penality.
