Mobikwik — electricity bill payment failed payments
I had initiated a bill payment for electricity of rs 770 which failed on 6th march 2018. Still the money has not been refunded. Transaction ref id is mp[protected]. Cannot rasie a complaint in bharat bill pay as it gives the error "something went wrong".
Again payment failed on 18th march for transaction ref id mk[protected] for electricity payment of rs 980 out of 942 is normal cash and 37 is supercash. Please help in this regard.
