Mobikwik — Electricity bill payment not done | |||||
I have paid 2 month's BESCOM electricity bill of Rs. 1027 through Mobikwik. Amount has been deducted from my account but BESCOM has not received my payment yet. I have lodged a complaint in Mobikwik as well on 3rd April, 201but they are not responding to any mails. They do not even have a customer care number to contact. I have tried 303 rupees recharge on number [protected]. But recharge is not done or my rupees has been deducated on my account. Transition id 54c6d58347461 transition date 05.04.2017. Time 09.25pm. Plz solve this problem or refund my balance in my bank account.
