Mobikwik — Facing issue while repayment of ZIP pay later money.

I'm facing issue while paying bill of mobikwik zip money. I have taken loan of 5000 on 19 march 2024 from mobikwik zip pay later and when its bill generated I tried to repay the loan before due date. But I am facing issue technical issues and other problems while doing repayment of the loan. My due date is till 5 April 2024. It's been 2 days I have been trying to repay but still facing the same issue. I have even contacted customer service but still problem is not solved. If somehow I am not able to repay it will charge more money as intrest but this is problem of mobikwik zip. I am continuously trying to repay the loan amount.

Kindly help to solve this issue. It will affect my Credit Score CIBIL.
