I made credit card bill on April 1st rs.40000, that amount didn't credited to my credit card and when I checked the app its showing failed. I sent multiple mail to mobiwik support team and grievance team I didn't get any single response from their end even I called several times from there also I didn't get any respond, they will say 48hrs to wait and now it's been 11days till now they can't solve my Complient, so requesting you to please refund my amount to my account.

    My MobiKwik Order ID for House Rent payment transaction is: MBK[protected]. I tried to pay my house rent using my HDFC credit card ending with 5202 today for an amount of Rs. 22000 from MobiKwik. I was charged an additional convenience fee of Rs. 387.20. However, the rent payment has failed and I've been informed by MobiKwik that Rs. 22000 has been refunded to my HDFC credit card.     The rent payment showing successfull but amount not credited in my bank account pls do something faster because I took those money from MobiKwik zip I have to pay the bill by April 5th I took the money on march 31st but still they were not credited in my landlord account

      I'm facing issue while paying bill of mobikwik zip money. I have taken loan of 5000 on 19 march 2024 from mobikwik zip pay later and when its bill generated I tried to repay the loan before due date. But I am facing issue technical issues and other problems while doing repayment of the loan. My due date is till 5 April 2024.       harassing and threatening

      I'm using Mobikwik wallet since approximately 3 years and I'm paying their dues on time but due to some financial uncertainties i wasn't able repay last month and I've told them that I'll pay but I need few more days time but they are threating me and calling all my contacts and disturbing them when they are busy with their works. and texted me by stating he is a lawyer and a legal notice in whatsapp.

      Dear sir/ Madam,

      I'm finding fraudulent activity on my CIBIL report in the name of TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD

      They have shown an amount of Rs 6000/- in which they have entered my PAN card details, name and phone no.

      I have also submit a another complaint against this on cosumer complaint portal and also followup by mail regular to mobikwik helpline but not get any proper resolution regardig this.
      the finance companies share data anythng to CIBIL institute without checking and confirming.
      they misguide to consumer about their loan and their datas.

            I have done a withdrawal of Rs 4500/- from mobikwik xtra and its been more than 5 days now still the amount not credited to my bank account and the status of withdrawal is showing successful.

            Hello team, while doing kyc it shows adhar card already linked with another number. I do have only one contact number since begining and i feel someone is misusing my adhar details. Please help me with the same asap

              I have unauthorised loan which I have not used and I was not aware of this loan also. It has decreased my credit score also and showing to pay outstanding balance of 22243 to pay loan of 5000. I have been using only MobiKwik zip balance which I have paying on time always. But don’t know how this loan is showing in my credit score. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.i have tried to calling customer care also but no one is picking up call.so that why i am writing mail if someone can look into it this is very serious issue.

                    I have used the Mobikwik paylater amount of 22, 270 and I haven't paid it yet and after my due dates the calls has started from the recovery agency. And after telling them I won't pay right now they are not listening as they are behind their targets. Day before yesterday on 27 Feb 2024 a lady from the recovery team named Diksha Toraskar (her contact number [protected]) has send me normal messages on my number with much ride behaviour and as I am also a lady I can file a FIR under section 509 of Indian penal code. 1860, that if recovery agents used vulgar words against women. I am also sharing the screenshot

                      I took a Zip loan of Rs. 40000 from MobiKwik on Wednesday, 21st February 2024. The loan got approved, the EMI schedule also started in the app immediately, but the loan amount has not been deposited to my bank account till now.                       Fraud transaction happened in my mobikwik zip wallet but recovery agents harassing me to pay

                      On 15.08.2023 ther is an fraud transaction happened in my mobikwik zip wallet. Immediately reported to cyber police and mobikwik team.

                      But Mobikwik recovery agents harassing me to pay and abusing me in calls and WhatsApp messages.

                      Then lodged complaint in RBI ombudsman for harassing me....
