I took 2 Loan From Fullerton India Through Mobikwik with 6 months Tenor
I'v made all EMI paid
And There is No Due. Fullerton India Already Provided Me No Due Letter
But, , , Mobikwik Start Harassing me by phone call WhatsApp Message and Email, Everyday i am getting 5-10 msg and call from Different Mobikwik Agent,
I already Show them all my Documents like Loan Statement And No Due Letter but, still they are Asking...

It’s been over 2 weeks my refund of Rs.43412 is still not received. On ticket they said 7-10 working days but its been more than that.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    HI MAM/SIR,

    Need your help to Resolve my issue, Recently i am installed Mobikwik app and go for KYC i am getting Error Your Aadhar Number is already used for Others Mobile Number, How To Use My Other Number Without My permission and Knowledge use my AAdhar, pls help to Delete My aadhar details from others number, Mobikwik team Is helpless to Resolve Issue,
    And Pls suggest to what step to Take action About Mobikwik, because in Future any Prouds done by some one I am getting trouble pls take action to Mobikwik to resolve issue or inform to close is Comapany to misusing other documents without knowledge

      Mobikwik — Transaction pending. Amount deducted from bank account but not received by beneficiary

      I tried to transfer money of amount rs1400 from one of my bank account to other through upi on mobikwik. Now the money has been deducted from my bank account but not credited to the other as the transaction shows in pending state. The order id on mobikwik is OMK3b1cab033ca41e and the transaction id is[protected]. The mobile number linked to my mobikwik account is [protected]. Please help. Regards 🙏...

      Zip payment generated 7461 and i have done 5000 through upi and 2461 remaining amount through debite card but while doing this amount debited but not credited to zip and it was showing error like this"Invoice is not available for this transaction "
      Then, i will pay in another debit card due to zip due date. And it was successful.
      The issue is one amount 2461 stuck and debited from my account.

      As trail mail, I am regularly writing about my payment issue but no action taken on this matter last 21days, I am facing the problem one of payment matter resolved
      but one still pending, payment not reach to transfer number and debited from account 30/08/2022 pls transferred the payment . Company taking interest on this amount.

        Mobikwik — Refund of transaction made not received

        Hi, made a transaction to add amount in wallet of mobikwik, amount rs 1833.79 the same is not credited in wallet but debited from bank account. Bank has shared credit details as well of the beneficiary. Its been more than 40 days there is no resolution to it even from escalations. No response on ticket raised, email, twitter, calls nowhere. Details shared by icici bank of the account to which it is credited.

        Dear team Mobikwik,
        There are two fraud transactions (MBK[protected] & MBK[protected], dtd:13.09.22, not done by me at all and that I have been highlighting since 13.09.22 on regular basis for blocking said transactions and refund full amount on top most priority basis.

        But I'm extremely sorry to update you that I have not yet received any response from your end since more than five days even after several follow up over...

        I had Recharged My Mobikwik Wallet For Rs. 750 And This Amount I Paid To Otipy Merchant But Unfortunately Balance Deducted From Mobikwik Wallet But Not Recieved To Otipy Merchant. I had Escalarate The Issue To Mobikwik On 04th September But Till Now I Didn't Get Response From Them. No Customer Care Is Supporting Me Since Last 15 Days....

        After a fraud, Mobikwik disabled my account. I complaint about this and sent all the required documents to [protected]@mobikwik.com. I got a ticket number - 144851 on 6th Sep 2022. After waiting more than 48 hours, I sent a reminder mail and asked for the update on 8th Sep 2022. Again I sent an email on 16th Sep 2022. But I did not get any response from them. I twitted and sent DM on twitter multiple times. But my issue is still unresolved....

        Mobikwik — Used is disabled

        After a fraud, Mobikwik disabled my account. I complaint about this and sent all the required documents to [protected]@mobikwik.com. I got a ticket number - 144851 on 6th Sep 2022.         I paid rs. 3000 via qr code scan from amazon pay balance on dated 08.09.2022 at 7:25 pm to gaurav general store. The transaction was successfully placed and confirmed. The amount of rs. 3000 was shown in the mobikwik merchant app of gaurav general store thereafter, gaurav general store had refunded the whole amount instantly on dated 08.09.2022 at 7:25 pm. The transaction was earmarked as refunded.
        But till today i didnot get any...
