Mobikwik — Failed Transaction amount of Rs.11,784 not returned back | |||||
My MobiKwik Mobile No: +91 [removed] I tried to book a flight ticket for Rs. 11, 874 on 13th April on Yatra using Mobikwik Wallet and the payment got failed. I also created 2 Tickets with Ticket ID # 6367704 on 13th April and Ticket ID # 6369717 on 14th April. On both these tickets they have given a simple reply that it takes 7 to 10 days to receive the refund from merchant and we instantly credit it to your wallet and they closed both the tickets. I called Yatra thrice and they have confirmed that the amount is returned back from their side. It been more than 16 days now and I have not received my amount back. I wrote about the same on their facebook page and they have removed my comments there. There is no helpline numbers, email IDs or chat support on their website to directly contact. The only way to contact them is through creating issues(i.e Tickets) and they take min 4-7 days to reply for a ticket without a proper resolution and they close it. I want to raise a complaint against them now as my amount is huge Rs.11, 784 and they are not returning it back to me and they have been telling the same 7-10 days for the past 16 days.
