Mobikwik — Failed Transactions and amont ot credited into bank account

HI Sir I have done one transaction of rs 1818 and another of 3636 below are its details 1.CCACC1MUR490IG00RWYWY7 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE 2.CCACC2MUJ259IG00RWPFF8 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE At the time of transaction Wallet was not updated and I was not able to book bus ticket from 9 th March I am requesting team to refund to my bank account Mobikwik team is not at all responding. please help me out
