[Resolved]  Mobikwik — fox wallet

Sir,
Today (8/10/2018) i have tried to add sbi rewards point to mobiwik wallet,, but my sbi rewards point deducted but not credit balance in mobiwik wallet.

Total rewards point-53622 = rs 13405.50,,

I have received authantication code-9272834,

And contact sbi rewards point customer care they tell me to contact mobiwik customer care,, and provided this code,, they do help u,,,

So kindly do help me,, as soon as possible

company did not taken any action, , and company customer care call not connected. they did not provided contact me any email, , , , also they have provided ticket no-9414173... i have contact in email, , but they do not answer me..pls do help me..as soon as possible.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
