Mobikwik — fraud by you guys now account not work

Hi my account is showing disabled.
I tried to add my money through credit card to bank account through your app cashout but instead of bank it credit in mobikwik wallet.. I raised a complaint for the same instead of resolving my issue you guys blocked my account. It showing user id disabled... Seriously too bad experience.

I was paid electricity bill one month ago but Mobikwik was not paid to mseb.. there customer care service not pick up my calls ... Mobikwik comapany collect money from people like me .. this company is fraud.. I requested to take action against Mobikwik...
