Mobikwik — Fraud company and fake offers...

yesterday i had my first transaction (amount 2074 INR) with the online eshopping from Ketch website mobikwiK through UPI- MOBIKWIK what i discovered was something that frustrated me to the core. 2074 INR were supposed to be added to my mobikwik balance while i saw that my account is showing my mobikwik balance to be Rs. 0.00. And my bank account has been debited of the amount 2074 INR. It shows in mobikwik account that I paid it to Razorpay but my Billing isn't done for my eshopping. Pathetic app. Also i sent them quite a few mails and registered complaints which were supposed to be attended to within 24 hours which has not happened. The most shocking part is that there is no response from their side. I would never like to have an account with them in future. I will go to consumer court to complain against them if i am not refunded my money.

My account was disabled since 19th June i have raised ticekts several times till now no response mean time scammers calling and asking anydesk for reslove the issue and asking to share OTPs
