Myself Avinash Kathairia have a Mobikwik account but for a long time, I have not used this and also have not installed any application in my mobile.
Today, I received a call from Mobikwik IVR at 3.01 P.M. IST and asked me to confirm for the request of mobile no. changed if you have made and said if not done by you then choose the option 1 so I have done the same.
After that First transaction was done at 3:05 P.M. IST using Mobikwik ZIP PAY LATER account for INR 600, then I installed Mobikwik in my mobile to check this transaction as I was not using it for a long time. But during this time 4 more transactions were done at the same time of INR 9330, 9330, 9330 and 7440 frequently, All these transactions were not done by me so I have called MOBIKWIK CUSTOMER CARE and complained for the same. They have suggested me to write a mail to Mobikwik Fraud with screen shots of my statement and also disabled my account as per my request.
For their reference, I have attached screen shots of statement, mail and text messages which I have received.
They have not replied for 1 week, I had done many calls and mail then Mobikwik has replied after 1 week and said, they can not do anything to refund this amount and said to do police and cyber cell complaint and investigate. I told him that I have already done FIR and also complaint at cyber cell.
This is irresponsible and ridiculous response given by Mobikwik as I have a fraud of Rs. 35960 from ZIP PAY LATER wallet balance of Mobikwik and without my permission How Mobikwik activated ZIP PAY LATER balance with a huge amount of Rs. 36000. I am a middle class man and not possible to pay such a huge amount without using it and also will affect my CIBIL But Mobikwik has not taken any responsibility. Fraud complaint has to be attended immediately but Mobikwik has not taken it seriously and replied after 1 week.
Please help me take away from this situation. I am attaching Mobikwik Statement here.
