I did recharge of Rs 19/- but i debited Rs 399/- extra, without using that amount why should I pay??, I will not responsibile for that cheating amount, so I don't want to continue this type of cheating app hereafter.. I need immediate refund otherwise I will file case, without solving my problem don't mention as problem was solved..
