Mobikwik — Fraud transaction from my zip pay wallet

Address: ONE MOBIKWIK SYSTEMS LTD. Address:- 5th Floor, Huda City Centre Metro Station, Sector 29, Gurugram, Haryana- 122001

Somebody did fraud on my mobikwik account and used zip pay balance for credit card payment. I do not know whose credit card it is and how they used it.

i have reported the fraud within 2 hrs to Mobikwik. Atfer 2 weeks i am getting mail that i have to pay the 30, 018.36 Rs bill.

please solve my problem & refund my wallet Amount asap...
