Mobikwik — fraud/ unauthorized use of wallet

An unauthorised frsud txn had happened for rs.1070 dt 3/2/19, using the given mobiquick wallet id. The payment was made to zingoy ac. I have contacted them and made the txn failed. Kindly make arrangement to refund the amount to my wallet as soon as possible. The order id was 5924834 more than that i would like to raise a complaint with ciber crime dept, so that i can make the fraudester punished. This is the mail that i havesent to mobikwick on 7 feb 2019 regarding fraud happened. Evenafter several reminders, they are not at all responding

Airtel postpaid bill mobile number [protected] of 280/- submitted through mobikwik wallet on 08/02/2019 at 11:45 AM .The bill shows successful but customer didn't get the update and even not get the text message .The transaction ID was MK[protected].Please take action as not updated.
