Mobikwik — Fraudulent transaction in wallet no customer service

I, Shinoj.K.G is holding a MOBIKWIK account. I was holding an amount of Rs.2800.13 in my wallet on 16/12/2020.

On 16/12/2020, 10.11 pm I saw a fraudulent transaction done for

Amount of : Rs.2489.00

Transation Id : croma[protected]-[protected]

Compliant number: 17516187

I have raised this issue on 18/12/2020 .I got a reply from mobiqwik on 29th december that as the order is delivered they cant do anything.fraudulent activity in my account happened without sharing any OTP or any other information from my side but mobikwik is not supporting. my user ID is disabled by mobikwik so I can't use my wallet balance already 2489 rupees taken by fraudulent activity. I have given all documents from my side without my knowledge money deducted from wallet and used in chroma. Mobikwik ensured that fraud got order delivered extremely horrible customer service.mobilwik asking for I'd proof then questionnare then finally as order delivered can't do anything after 11 days as fraud got money. please unblock my account credit back my RS 2800

I am extremely unhappy with the pathetic service provided by the MOBIQWIK CUSTOMER CARE. money was taken from my mobiqwik wallet without sharing any OTP or password i simply got a mail that rs 2489 deducted my account in croma. when i complained on 16th december mobikwik replied that they are blocking account and started the great investigation. After many mails they asked me to send my ID PROOF. after sending id proof no replies after sending many mails. then they sent me a questionnaire to fill. after that no information and after several follow ups finally sent mail on 29th december that they cant take the responsibility of the transaction as the fraud got the delivery booked with my wallet money.Then only i understood that they were helping the fraud to get his delivery. Then they are asking me to fill FIR in cyber cell. I have not shared any otp or password money was lost due to safety issue of mobikwik app. Now they stopped replying to the tweets also worst class customer service and app. When sending 10 mails they wll send a useless reply. i tried to contact mobikwik cusomer care number but there were nobody to pick my callsi held the phone hearing the music on the other side. Mobikwik is cheating customers and making them fool.
