Mobikwik — Fraudulently debited Rs. 9,300 from Zip Account and transferred to Zomato

I got a call Today[protected] at 09:20 pm from mobikwik no. [protected], computer voice told me to press 1 if i have not requested to change my registered mobile number from mobikwik. I pressed 1. then for confirmation, I was asked to put OTP and OTP recieved. it was asking me to hold for while. but i disconnected because I was expecting it may be a fraudulant call. after some time i received 4 emails on gmail and messages on mobile for debited money from ZIP a/c where I had Rs. 30, 000 balance and debited Rs. 28, 198/- details given below:
1. Transaction no. ZTGIFT-23-BA656F419A of Rs. 9, 300/-
2. Transaction no. ZTGIFT-23-FCD08081AD of Rs. 9, 300/-
3. Transaction no. ZTGIFT-23-6E1245926A of Rs. 9, 300/-
4. Transaction no. ZTGIFT-23-6ABECE28A6 of Rs. 298/-

KINDLY HELP ME. WHAT SHOULD I DO

You can complaint at cyber cell and RBI Ombudsman against Mobikwik harassment, I am also a victim of this fraud. Same fraud happened with me and 35940 amount transferred to ZOMATO from ZIP PAY LATER using Mobikwik.

I am also victim of this fraud. I lost 56806 rs. They putting penalties on top of that for overdue. Did you get any refund sir?. Do we need to repay it when cyber crime investigation is under proces

same is the case of mine. Fraud happened on 1st Nov of Rs 59 thousand but now even they are not responding to my mails. I think they are doing this by sharing our details to fraud. We should raise a collective voice and make aware of people that they are fraud company. Have also posted on fb and twitter but they did not bother.

Yes same here, my Mobikwik ZIP wallet was used for some credit card bill payment of 38000 and #fraudMobikwik is not responding to any mails. I also tried contacting RBI but denied my complaint saying I haven't approached Mobikwik first before coming to RBI and that's lie from mobikwik!
