Mobikwik — Fund transfer not done but money debited

I have transferred 29000/- from my ICICI credit card to my SBI saving account for which 30078/- was deducted from my card but not sent to the designated bank account. On approaching mobiKwik team via chat on their app they said that the transaction was successful at their end but is pending at the receiving bank end. Their customer support number [protected] is not reachable. They are not responding via either of their recommended communication channels. I fear of loosing my money as indicated by various other users of this app. Panding payments is never resolved. Please help me get my money back. I no longer believe them as they are ignoring my calls and messages. Please help me get my money.

They are not resolving it. They are saying it will take 7–10 days that too not guaranteed. This is frustrating as no body acts against them promptly.

More than 24 hours of constant communication to them but it's unresolved. How much trouble comes along while such a huge amount are kept hostage by such a pathetic digital wallet. Poor response from the customer service team makes it worse. I am feeling helpless. How can even they are allowed to keep customers money for so long. There must be penalties imposed on them.

Consumer complaints forums in this country are like heavenly abode for Financial service agencies. They get more relaxed when you approach consumer forums. This helps them in delaying the things more than resolving it. My 30000/- has been held captive for 3rd day now but still nobody cares. This is the ridiculous and disheartening part of the country. Firstly they were saying 24–48 hours, then they said to wait for 5–7 days. Reaching to their higher officials has 15 days to 30 days timeline for any resolution. They can ruin your entire life with these fintech apps. Never use their app at first place and secondly, never reach these complaint forums, they only help them delaying the solution. Very disappointed.

They are not responding to chat via their help section. Nor they are picking the calls. I have lost my 30000/- This is really frustrating.

This is annoying and the role of this forum into this more frustrating. They have not given a single contact coordinate where the matter can be quickly informed about. There escalation matrix doesn't share any contact details nor even email ids for there level 1 and level 2 grievance redressal team. Nodal officer's TAT to respond is 30 days. Is this a joke for all??? I don't know what to do now. Totally helpless. Only god knows why the hell RBI approves businesses of these fraudulent financial companies and consumer forums keep mum on the issues despite of numerous reporting of such incidents.

Scammers are repeatedly calling in pertext of resolving the complaint posted here. They will say they are from the MobiKwik team and they will cancel the pending transactions by using team viewer quick support. One such number is [protected].

I was amazed when received an another call from [protected] and followed by official number of mobiKwik customer support number which is [protected] and was asked for the OTP that we use to login to digital wallet in liew of resolving the pending transactions. Something is seriously wrong with mobiKwik they will never return the money. Nor this consumer forum is going to help. The moment we post our complaints here we start receiving such fraudulent calls from scammers. That call from their customer support number was a real shock. Please stay away from this app. I am still worried about my money while having a fear of serious security breaches and data leaks as they were having my mobile associated with tha bank account which is entirely different from the one which is with mobiKwik wallet. I don't have any idea now what to do.

Instead of resolving the pending transaction issue they have disabled my account that too without my consent. The more annoying thing here is the inactivity by this consumer complaints forum. I have not received a single response from this forum regarding the issue and still have to suffer. Totally disappointed.
