Mobikwik — Fund transfer not done but money debited | |||
I have transferred 29000/- from my ICICI credit card to my SBI saving account for which 30078/- was deducted from my card but not sent to the designated bank account. On approaching mobiKwik team via chat on their app they said that the transaction was successful at their end but is pending at the receiving bank end. Their customer support number [protected] is not reachable. They are not responding via either of their recommended communication channels. I fear of loosing my money as indicated by various other users of this app. Panding payments is never resolved. Please help me get my money back. I no longer believe them as they are ignoring my calls and messages. Please help me get my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
