Mobikwik — funds disappeared while transferring wallet to bank | |||
I tried transferring inr 9611 in my kotak bank account but i have not received it. And money even got deducted from my mobikwik wallet. It is 3rd day now. I tried reaching on customer care and waited over 20 mins thrice on call but call doesn’t get connected to customer care, it keeps me on hold only. I am now getting frustrated. I have sent emails, made calls, left feedbacks at playstore but yet no replies anywhere. Would you care to resolve and call me? Or you want me to bother you guys with some legal papers? Hello, first i have raised ticket for my 10000 not receive than call coming from mobikwik and my 2000 auto debit after my account disbled and than i have taken many follow up from mobikwik but not given any response i have escalated social media, face book, mail, customer care but there is no any response given.

I transferred 2000 and it is showing under expense but it is not recieved.
Solve this problem as early as possible I have not done money transfer but still in expenses it is showing
