Mobikwik — harassment and abusive

I took a loan amount of 50000 from mobikwik boast loan facility my september emi was deducted payment made on 5 september 2019 through nach auto debit - 4, 726.00 rstransaction reference no

But not upadted by these thieves which has impacted my cibil score and mobikwik don't reply or recieve call and one fine day call for saying that my emi is not paid and they threaten and there caller are abusive

I received a call from mobikwik person said is from mobikwik named abhishek from collection department said your emi is not paid i educated him about this that it has already been paid and not updated by your system for which i have already registered complaint 30 days by support ticket no response from there i hope you can help but person became rude and abusive. The call was from +[protected] and he whatsapp me through +[protected].

Kindly help me with the payment status that was paid three months back that have still not updated which has impacted my cibil score because of mobikwik technical glitch... And yet they threaten and harassing on calls
