Hi bipin,
I am writing to you finally as i am fedup with mobikwik and your customer support,
I am ashok, i have mobikwik account with number : [protected],
Yesterday one of your employee called me about my boost credit account over due payment,
When i asked him whether he had any identification that he is mobikwik employee he didnt provide any,
He was talking very vulgurly about me and started scolding my family also as my emi is overdue,
I requested him that i will pay that on next day but he called me from multiple numbers and scolded me like any thing,
Below are the numbets from which he has called,

Paying rs/- 3902 is not a problem for me, i clearly told the reason behind the delay and assured him that i will clear the due next day, but just because of associating with mobikwik myself and my family members have suffered a great deal of harrasment, which we never experienced in our lives,
I tried complaining about the same by calling your customer care but they simply disconnected my call,
And i tried reaching through help section and that also in vain,
This is completely unprofessional and unethical from mobikwik,
Please let me know if this how you treat your customers, if yes sorry i dont want to be associated with mobikwik at all,
