Mobikwik — Havent got recharge done three times

This is very wrong, didn't get recharge and this company cut the rupees, and also didn't get any mails that recharge got done...These are my details..I want my money back otherwise files the complaint against this company...You can see the photo attached as a photo proof. Last three recharges didn't get done.. 1. Transaction id-[protected] number-[protected] Registered email [protected]@gmail.com 2. Transaction id-Haven't got ( recharged on 4 September), Recharged with 31 and 20 rupees, but didn't get any of them... number-[protected] Registered email [protected]@gmail.com
