[Resolved] Mobikwik — Horrible business practices | |||
- payment made, valid transaction id, money deducted from bank. - the merchant(Airtel) did not receive payment even after 3 weeks - Mobikwik has NO customer care at all - The online support ticket system is BROKEN. Press submit on the support site and NOTHING happens - The management clearly has ZERO confidence in their own business which is why they don't even have a support system forget a customer care number. - Hopefully a foreign payment company comes in soon and takes market share from these losers like taking candy from a kid.
