Mobikwik — I didn't receive my cash back offer

Sir i don't have found my cash back money in my mobikwick account but the offer is if you recharge your jio no with 402 then 82 rupee is cash back but i didn't found my cash back money.
Plz sir help me asap.

Pls sir help me and give solution as soon as possible because i'm worried if the problem is not resolved then i deleted my account on mobikwick and i use to another app instead of this.
