Mobikwik — I pay a rent through mobikwik payment success and amount not received to receiver

I pay rent through mobikwik american express card on 5 may 2022, at 7:13 pm money got debited from my card and not credited to the receiver accont it have been completed 12 days, and not credited in receiver account, and i raised a complaint/ ticket on the same day about the transaction issue which on 5 may 2022 at 7:31 pm, trasanction id : 24971960 but the issue not solved, and there is no respone from there side and they closed the ticket, and i again raised a ticket on 7 may 2022 at 12:20pm ticket id:24995213 and there no responce from there side, then i sended a screen short of my trancation details then also there no responce from there side, and again i raised a ticket third time on may 16 at 9:28am ticket id :25093850 on same issue but this time also there no responce from there side,
Kindly help me to solve this problem
