Mobikwik — imps transfer failed and amount got deducted from mobikwik wallet

Hello,

On 31st october, i did an imps transaction of rs 5000 and 1000 as transaction failed and amount got deducted.

Customer support told that issue will be resolved in 7 days and amount will be refunded but still it's been more than 10 days but no update.

Please look into the issue.

On 05 Nov 2018 i paid mobikwik wallet 3500rs credit card bill still pending and nobody respond while calling
I created mobiwik accnt on 8 nov 2018 I added money to it 2800 approx but not able to trnsfer to my bank what the F ..is this I want my money back otherwise I will rais my issue to consumer court ...this app is just playing wth the money of many ppl ...
