Today (7/5/18) morning at 9.14 and 9.18, i recharged my jio number [protected] delhi ncr for rs.399 twice, from my registered mobile [protected], as first recharge became negative. But after five minutes my bank union bank of india, motibah (1), new delhi deducted twice rs.399 from my account. Recharge is not yet taken place by mobikwik. I did payment of ectricity bill through mobikwik.. Transaction failed two times but amount deducted.. Pls refund me back my amount of rs.. 4668 *2=9336

I have used the mobikwik app for paying my electricity bill which was Rs2170. The transcation got done but the money was not transferred to electricity board. electricity board said that the transaction is failed. So they refunded the money. now money is refunded from electricity board but not showing in my account.
