Mobikwik — jio recharge 390 twice 7/5718 at 9.14, no successful. | |||||
Today (7/5/18) morning at 9.14 and 9.18, i recharged my jio number [protected] delhi ncr for rs.399 twice, from my registered mobile [protected], as first recharge became negative. But after five minutes my bank union bank of india, motibah (1), new delhi deducted twice rs.399 from my account. Recharge is not yet taken place by mobikwik. I have renewed my best monthly pass on 16th april n as per on monday renew pass mobikwik refund 250rs which still i have not received since i m complaining from last 10 days pls refund 250rs in my mobikwik account as soon as possible

I have used the mobikwik app for paying my electricity bill which was Rs2170. The transcation got done but the money was not transferred to electricity board. electricity board said that the transaction is failed. So they refunded the money. now money is refunded from electricity board but not showing in my account.
