Mobikwik — KYC updation - Money transfer from Wallet

My name is C Kalyanakumar, I am using Mobikwik from 2015 onwards, due to handset change, recently i downloaded mobikwik app and log in with my registered mobile number. When Use Wallet, app asked to complete KYC,
When I processing KYC with aadhar details, a message is pop up error message that "This aadhar Number is linked to another mobikwik account please enter new one" and i called Mobikwik customer care 2 times. There is no proper response. Could not use my money from the Wallet
