Mobikwik — loan credited to my wallet without my request | |||
Hello, This is regarding my bajaj finserv emi card, i have received rs.10000 in my mobikwik wallet on 9th jul without any request made from my side. I was shocked when i got sms saying that my 1st emi of rs.1775 is due on 2nd aug. I also spoke to bajaj customer service and also followed with them on emails but they are not providing any solution. I can confidently say that i have not opted for this loan. When i spoke to customer service they informed on how the loan service is to be availed. They send a link in an sms, once the link is clicked, person requesting for loan has to agree to the terms and conditions, later an otp is sent on registered mobile number, which we need to manually enter. So i am sure that i have not gone through the above process for availing this loan service. Bajaj finserv is purposefully doing this, so they can start earning from their customers.
