Mobikwik — Loan Fraud impacting CIBIL Score

There is Loan Reporting from MobiKwik to Incred of Rs 10000 which is reflecting to my Cibil Report and is still Active with Rs 1318 pending. Due to this my Cibil score went down from 860 to 713.

I am facing high Interest on my loan now.

When I spoke to Incred, they mentioned that this loan is from Mobikwik and they have my Pan No as well. And I never opened my account with Incred . They asked me to contact Mobikwik.

When I spoke to Mobikwik Customer Care, they mentioned there is no loan from their end and asked me to speak to Incred. This is a fraud where no one is ready to accept the fault.

I would request Authority to take strict action against Mobikwik as they are misusing User account for opening Fraud Loans in their Name.

And I need resolution for my issue as well.
