    Dear sir, I have transferred the amount Rs 9771.58 from the MobiKwik wallet to the wrong account No. So, please refund this amount to my MobiKwik mobile number [protected] or could you please try to contact that person. Payee name was also mine still it got transferred instead of getting cancelled.

          This is the second time it is happening they got the money in their account but neither they send it to merchant nor refunding me . Such a fake app. One should not use it… how they are surviving after doing fraud. When you call on their customer care their people always say you will get refund in 24 hours and this is pending since 9th june 2022

              Dear sir,
              Mobikwik is a big time scam. My name is Deepak kumar and i have mobikwik Account . Mobikwik team gave me a boost loan amount of 60, 000 Rs. But after a Year When i am trying to close that loan account which is shown in my Cibil report, Because i have never used that Loan Money . Now Mobikwik team is not closing that Loan which was given me by Mobikwik . Forcefully Mobikwik team is denying to close that account. and again and again they are rasing tickets which is not fine, Ticket ID 25549066 and Loan details are : LM00688993, Fullerton india credit Company Limited.

              Please solve my issue and close my unused Loan account Dear MObikwik team

                My Mobikwik account is disabled from 19th June 2022 till now i have rasied tickets sofar no response from them thier customer care number are not reachable some scammers are projeting them as mobikwik staff and asking to share any desk and OTPs

                seems this platfrom also dont have any soluiton with my case only way i need file a case with Delhi Police

                  I have received calls from loan companies, credit card department, insurance services etc. My ph number nd email id has been hackes by someone. I got calls that i have taken loan nd didn't repay. Actually i donot take loan from any company. And they people called up to my relatives also nd harrassing them . Two apps mobikwik nd postpe pay i have used before nd i have cleared all my dues. Then again they are asking for payments

                    Loan Fraud impacting CIBIL Score

                    There is Loan Reporting from MobiKwik to Incred of Rs 10000 which is reflecting to my Cibil Report and is still Active with Rs 1318 pending. Due to this my Cibil score went down from 860 to 713.

                    I am facing high Interest on my loan now.

                    When I spoke to Incred, they mentioned that this loan is from Mobikwik and they have my Pan No as well. And I never opened my account with Incred . They asked me to contact Mobikwik.br...

                    Hiiiie... my name hrishikesh mohan jadhao and my reg mob no. is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com ... so i have apply for SHOP ON EMI amount for 20000 and i got loan amount 19058 on 8th april 2022 and after 2 months i have already paid the 1 st installment 3700 rs on 5 june 2022 and in 7th june 2022 17, 331 automatically deducted from my wallet ... so plz kindly help for this concern . and i already askd about the customer executive jyoti, priya but they are unable to tell what actually happened ... pathetic service.

                      This is puneeta chauhan, on 27/006/2022 there was a unauthorized transaction happened in my mobikwik wallet. I have not done any kind of transaction as such. someone called [protected] from this number unfortunately some unauthorized transaction happened as below. I have given complaint to mobikwik, but none of them till now no response. After i sent an email to fraud alerts email as per their procedure, they sent me a questionnaire and i replied back after that i didn’t have any update. Atleast mobikwik is doing investigation or not?

                      After this fraud i have seen my transactions and i found almost everyday there was a fraud transaction tried on my mobikwik, as i don’t have balance those transactions failed. Unfortunately on 8th i have balance and it got deducted. I need mobikwik to dig in and investigate and respond me asap. Atleast i am expecting a call from your team to get an update. Because i tired of calling mobikwik customer care, it never connects to an agent.

                        I have tried to make payment from my lazy pay credit card to mobilwik UPI ID : ([protected]@kvb) on
                        04th Jun 2022 for INR 25441.39 transaction id showing for lazy pay (TXN[protected] and transaction was
                        successful from lazy pay however amount was not credited to mobikwik or to my UP id account. this
                        incident have been already escalated multiple times to the team but did not get any response this is very
                        disappointing as its been 17 days, (request you to please look into this as urgent and revert me back with
                        the status of the incident or you can also reach me out on my number.

                          Hyy! I was deposit 400 rupees to xm trading app through mobikwik wallet. But my wallet balance was 0 so that I recharged my mobikwik wallet through phonepe. But after the successful transaction mobikwik send that amount to RN TRADERS. Which I don't know. When I saw phonepe transaction history the amount was deducted to [protected]@icici and when I saw mobikwik transaction history it was deducted to RN TRADERS .HOW could is this possible. I don't know him. And where is my money. After deduction of 400 from my bank account my mobikwik wallet balance is 0 and my xm trading account is 0. Then where is my money

                                    I was trying to transfer money from my card to the person from my contacts through the wallet that is rs10, 236 but then while doing that it said unsuccesfull transfer and it kicked me out it wouldnt let me login through my mobile number number and said user disabled ive tried sending them an email but of no use
