Mobikwik — Loan Harassment

I was checking loan related details in Mobikwik.
I wanted to check my eligibility and emi details.
Not sure how the amount got credited to mobilwik wallet.
96000 approx.
On the very next minute i informed mobikwik support that this incident happened.
No action taken yet.

1. I am being harrased with calls and messages to pay emi of 8000 approx monthly.
2. They want me to pay 3 EMI and then pay remaining principal amount and close the loan.
3. Gunda type of people sitting in their company call me up and blackmail about visiting my home and sending to jail.
4. My mobikwik account is blocked long bank.

I HAVE NOT USED A RUPEE FROM MOBIKWIK.
WHAT SHOULD I PAY EMI FOR?
WHAT SHOULD I LISTEN NONSENSE FOR?

FIRSTLY, MY FINANCIAL SITUATION DOES NIT SUPPORT TO ACCEPT THE LOAN AND PAY A MONTHLY EMI.

SECONDLY, THEY WANT ME TO USE THE MOBIKWIK WALLET AMOUNT ON ANY ONLINE PURCHASES.

THIRDLY, THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT.

FOURTHLY, I .BEING TORTURED TO EXTREME LEVEL BY NOW.

I am attaching 2 recent numbers from which i got calls who were not agreeing that i dont have any loan but just kept on blaming and talking about their recovery techniques like vising home, harassing, putting behind bars etc
