Mobikwik — login problem with user disabled

Last week i transfered 22000/- to mobikwick using with credit card and the amount was transfered to my wallet hence the i wrongly entered otp for more than 2 times in this fact my account was disabled. While i entering to the application i was getting an error, user disabled. Further i raised ticket to mobikwick customer support team more than 5 times i didn't get any response from your end kindly clear this issue asap

Hello,

I have paid Credit Card bill through Mobikwik and it is not reflecting in card. I have not received any notification regarding the same.
