Mobikwik — looting citizen money

I have added rs9000/- to my mobikwik wallet linked to mobile number [protected] from my credit card. But later when i thought of transferring the same amount of rs9000 from mobikwik wallet to bank account, they asked me for kyc registration. I opted kyc verification at door step within 48hours. But it has been 20days still kyc verification has not been completed at door step. They didn't send any agent to complete the kyc verification process at door step. I have been raising this issue at there customer support. There is no proper support from customer care. Finally i can conclude that this mobikwik is big fraud. So i want to bring to your notice about this.
