I made a transaction of Rs 422 on 26th Feb on flipkart, order id:[protected] and another of Rs 424 on 4th March that also on flipkart, order id:[protected] through my mobikwik blue amex card(Number: [protected]). Both the transactions were failed and the orders were not placed on flipkart but the amounts were debited from my card. When I contacted flipkart, they said the sellers did not receive the amounts and they initiated a refund. But the refund amounts are still not reflected in my mobikwik wallet. I raised the issue on mobikwik app, send them mail, contacted on twitter but no results. Tried to contact the mobikwik customer care on their helpline number but no response on that one as well. Such unprofessional and pathetic service. Please help me out. I lost my 846 rupees. Regards 🙏
