I had a purchase with ajio with mobikwik wallet and there was an issue withg item recieved and the item was returned and the refund was initiated within a day itself and reflected to the mobikwik wallet and after few days mobikwik wallet emerges with pay the due which is out of no where, i dont have anything to pay and a customer care executive put penalty and you people hell not responding to the customer sevice calls and finind penalty....

I have transferring amount of Rs.5000 from mobikwik app to my wajirx wallet. During transferring, payment did not added to beneficiary account but the same has been deducted from bank. Payment status is also not showing on mobikwik app.

Kindly resolve the matter on urgent basis....

My money deducted from mobikwik but not deposit in wazirx

I did 2 transactions on 3/3/2022 my Rs 685 got deducted from my mobikwik wallet but not credited on wazirx. please help me to get my money back...

Fraud policy insurance purchase

I haver never selected for fraud inssurance of 225...against transaction of transfer amt 4000 and fees 148 ...i dont want any inssurance ...refund that 225 amt
Also for doing any transaction from mobiqwik why they auto select for so called policy for confusion...i dont want any so called policy/insuurance from icici lombard
Dont know they are tiedup for the same to sell their worthless inssurance...

Money deducted but not received at the receiver's end

The amount of 15265 has been debited from my bank account but not credited in my wazirx( reciever's end). I am not able to reach out to the MobiKwik customer care executives. Please solve my issue as that money is very important for me and I have no money left with me. In Mobikwik, it says that the transaction is successful and in WazirX, it says that the deposit failed. please return my money . Please!!!...

Transaction on pending from 13 days

I tried to transfer from MobiKwik wallet to bank account but it goes on pending amount is 10371/- please resolve this money is required for some important work...

Refund reverse by mobikwik

I done transaction on Realme Store through mobikwik on 23 Feb 2022 my registered mobile number is [protected]
Transaction amount INR 18797
I received Refund partial amount
1st amount Of Rs.17337.68
2nd amount Of Rs.1459.32
But I see that my amount again debit by mobikwik
I see the statement and check my amount debit on 23 Feb 2022 and Amount of Rs.17337.68

Transactions fraudulent

I have spend some amount approx 7k in the month of dec21 bill generated which I have to pay before 20Dec.
I was unable to pay due to some technical issue in the app I raise my concern to customer service they provide me sms link to pay with penalty charges I paid 8249 Rs with penalty charges although there's no delay from my side.
Payment status not updated till Jan 22 after that I got message to pay approx 11k to settle the...

Policy purchase amount debited without my permission

I had made payment for outstanding balance of my mobikwik account and I observed additional amount got deducted for policy that I have not opted in.

It's cheat and I am very frustrated with mobikwik

Money deducted from my account but not added to mobikwik wallet

I tried to add money in my mobikwik wallet Rs.900 but it showed transaction failed so I again tried to add Rs.900 to my mobikwik wallet and the transaction was successful but it deducted total Rs.1800 from my account

Kindly solve this issue ......

Refund of Rs.36+36= Rs 72 is not updated in wallet

I tried to recharge BSNL No.[protected] two times for validity and paid Rs.36 and again Rs.36.But recharge failed and i was informed that refund is initiated and BSNL MobiKwik wallet shows refund successful to UPi account whereas I don't have any UPi account and but WALLET Balance is 00.00...
This App is installed on BSNL Mobile No.[protected] through which I initiated recharge.
Please refund my money Rs.72 to Mobikwik wallet...

Unauthorised demand for payment

Please note that MOBIKWIK is sending link for payment through RAZORPAY
without proper authority.

Mobikwik is misusing RAZOR PAY platform and demanding payment which is already settled.

Please take strict action against MOBIKWIK for misusing RAZOR PAY PLATFORM.

further if Razor pay fails to act in this matter I am escalating this matter...

Money deducted but the merchant didn't receive it

I added money on coindcx through mobikwik my money got deducted and the amount didn't receive by coindcx and on mobikwik app there was no transactions showing after few hours there showed a transaction but i was unable to get the transaction id as i was not getting any invoice the only thing it say when i press on that transaction showed invoice not available for this transaction where did my money gone????...
