      I'v made Payment on Flipkart,
      But at the end Money Debited from wallet but Order Not Placed,

      Flipkart already cleared Their side that payment not Received, , 25 days finished still Not Received any Refund,
      Customer support is useless, very poor😡

      If You can't Run Mobikwik smoothly then Plz Stop playing with our Money❌

        My cibil report has entry that I have personal loan with idfc and it is impacting my cibil score.I never enquired about the loan and neither used that amoumt.
        When contacted Idfc first bank they told contact mobikwik and they are lending partners. I have installed mobikwik app and neither enquired about loan however they opned personal loan account in idfc first bank without my consent or documents submitted.

        Either parties mobikwik and idfc are no where concerned about this while after loadging complaint.

        With immediate effect both mobikwik and idfc first bank please close my personal loan account as it is impacting cobil score.

              I used blue card of mobikwik to pay at amazon merchant, money deducted from the card but transaction declined to amazon. It was an order of rs. 545 on[protected] at 6:48pm. There's no option to talk to executives, on contact number they always say no executives available for today. There's no email address anywhere to send details about this and the file attachment pin icon is blur and not working on app,

                I have taken the loan from Mobikwik and now due to financial issues I'm unable to pay the loan. I have requested to give me some time for repayment but they denied and harassing me and saying that they will contact my relatives for the recovery and spoil my reputation. Please help me.

                  My total outstanding was 18500 on 20th feb i paid 2000 rs which makes is 16500 still if you charge me with penalties which 750+750= 1500; 16500+1500= 1800 then how my outstanding amount is 20000 Rs can you explain because i m trying to contact mobikwik since 20th feb but it seems you dont have a customer service for the users...

                    I have cleared my bills for the month of November 2021 on December 11th 2021. Even after doing the payment I am receiving messages and calls mentioning that I haven’t done the payment and will have to pay a penalty along with the actual amount. Inspite of me sending through mail the details of my transaction with screenshots many times, they have not addressed the problem. Customer service never received the call so far. What am I supposed to do?

                        I made a transaction of Rs 422 on 26th Feb on flipkart, order id:[protected] and another of Rs 424 on 4th March that also on flipkart, order id:[protected] through my mobikwik blue amex card(Number: [protected]). Both the transactions were failed and the orders were not placed on flipkart but the amounts were debited from my card. When I contacted flipkart, they said the sellers did not receive the amounts and they initiated a refund....

                        Hi Team,

                        I have been a valuable and regular customer for Mobikwik (Mobile App) since a long time now and was regularly using their services until January but then their people started disappointing and penalised me bu charging me for a Bill Payment which was Unsuccessful and shows amount paid was Rs. 2035 (Inclusive of Rs. 2000 payment amount and 35 Rs as Interest of 1.18%). However, after checking with concerned merchant i.e. SBI Bank Credit Card, there has been no payment received until date. To this, I had raised 2-3 Complaint / Service Request on my Mobikwik Mobile App towards the discrepancy and their support team also mentioned that as an Unsuccessful Transaction and assured for refund within 7 days but It's been 3 months and I see no refund in their Zip Balance or Mobikwik Wallet service. Rather, they have started charging me with Penalty in every Bill Cycle for No reason which is approximately reached to 2900 INR . I even received calls from their agents to make payment and I had asked them for support but none of them helped me ever. In fact, everyone disconnected the call. This things has also affected by Credibility in eyes of CIBIL being a defaulter for NO REASON AT ALL.

                        Now, I have started to get messages on WhatsApp and Voice calls from Random numbers asking for Payment with Penalty amount as well as threatening me for Legal Consequences.

                        To this, I want to escalate this concern finally in written after no action or corrective measure by MOBIKWIK (an Indian Payment Service Provider)

                        I have proof of all these conversations and Harassment that I am going through is endless now! This is harsh on me now and they haven't even resolved or cleared out unnecessary charges till date (12th March 2022) for account registered with my Mobile number +91-[protected] on Mobikwik. It seems now I shall take it further to Consumer Forum and File a complaint for this Cheating, Financial Impact and Severe damage to my CIBIL score gradually without any fault from my end.

                        I request you solemnly to help me getting compensation w.r.t the impact I have got due to all this mess.

                        Kindly call or respond on mail on utmost priority with plan of action or suggestion for taking corrective measures ahead for this Fraud & Loss of my financial character amongst Credit Bureau of India.

                            On march 2nd 2022 at 9.16 am i bought groceries from reliance store and used mobikwik zip wallet payment . the payment got deducted twice . when i informed to reliance they said they didnt receive the amount .and when i try contact the mobikwik the lines are not conneccting and automatically cuts the call

                              I ordered products from jiomart on 25th February 2022, unfortunately they cancelled my order got cancelled on 26th of February 2022. The jiomart iniated refund on 27th of February 2022. But I see in my mobikwik transaction statement mentioned as "Refund money Rollback". Instead of getting a refund in my Bank account the money is rolled back. Upi 908 rupees was to be refunded. I tried to reach customer care, but no success. They are not responding.                                   I bought a product on Flipkart with MobiKwik American Express Blue Card on 16th December 2021.
                                  Amount of transaction was Rs. 1396
                                  After some time I cancelled my product order and Flipkart transferred the refund amount to card and provided me bank reference number.
                                  But MobiKwik not crediting my refund and after filling complain they just trying to making me fool and not raising Chargeback request. Even they are not giving me any reference number related to refund related queries.
                                  I am not able to reply on there complain ticket. It seems that they are silently doing fraud with some customers.
