Mobikwik, Microsoft Phones — Committed cashback not given

As from 9 th oct. 2015, I bougth a Microsoft Windows Lumia 430 Dual sim phone on offer of cashback of rs 3600 as committed by Mobikwik and microsoft. But, After 2 months they have not responding over mails and calls when I has been trying for cashback which I didn't get since november 2015. I sent trails of mails to both of the organizations, but they didn't respond.
