Hello sir, on 3rd February 2020. I used mobikwik app to purchase amazon e-gift card worth rs 680. I used my debit card as a payment mode. Amount got deducted from my account. But still i have not received the gift card from mobikwik. I already raised a complaint on this but no response from mobikwik. I am posting my transaction details below. But still i have not received the gift card from mobikwik. I already raised a complaint on this but no response from mobikwik. I am posting my transaction details below.
